The lower body strides on 2 large foot plates that are angled 2 degrees inwards as this helps reduce any strain that could occur. The plates run on wheels to minimize any unwanted lateral motion so the stride is smooth and true. The upper body works in harmony and the handles are at the optimum distant and length away from the body. There are 20 levels of magnetic resistance and 10 workout programs to keep you motivated. The console receives transmissions from the supplied heart rate belt to provide accurate heart rate data to help track your progress.
