This is the E55 elliptical from Sole Fitness and has many of their latest features. Sole are one of the top manufactures of ellipticals and this represents one of their best models. It is the updated 2008 model of the E55 and has just been shipped to fitness retailers. The unit has 20 levels of resistance and 10 workout programs to meet all workout demands whether they are weight loss, toning, fitness and more.

The unit has specially designed foot plates which are oversized so any user can exercise comfortably and effectively. They run along wheels for better traction and accurate motion. This is a feature more common to expensive gym equipment and found here. The console is large and clearly back lit containing all information and readouts you would find on models found in a local gym.
